Hello @mandam9909 the game suffers from a lot of reoccurring issues. Gold won from the Episode Race, Chocolate Box and Candy Royale not being added to a players' inventory are very common complaints. There is also the recent issue of boosters from the Treat Machine being added to the inventory and then being removed.
Additionally we get complaints from people saying they have lost rewards but in fact all that has happened is that a timed booster has expired. Timed boosters countdown their time even when our games are closed.
There are many other examples such as these but ultimately there is nothing you can do other than to contact King Player Support.
Hello @mandam9909 Do you gain those rewards from watching adverts? Do they definitely get added to your account and then disappear later? If so please could you take some screenshots of your inventory to illustrate this. Or is it that you watch the ads and then do not receive the rewards for watching?
