On Level 16741 - The store could not be contacted resulting in the loss of the super booster and Candy Royale win at the final level of 10. I had 45 available coins to purchase extras and a solid internet connection.

Some players are experiencing this glitch from a while and not sure why!! But, this issue has been reported to game studio for them to look into it!
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps and see if it resolves the issue?
If you did and nothing helped, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team. They would have the resources to check what might have happened and provide better assistance!
