Ad videos are still a testing feature in Candy Crush Saga, because of which not all players have it at the same time!
If you used to receive the Ads but not anymore, it is because the feature was moved to a different group(s) of players! If you are aware about the Ads but, did not receive the Ads yet, it is because you are not added to the testing groups yet!
To receive the special features, all we can do is - to update the game App to the latest version, there is at least 2 GB free space on your device memory and you are active in the game! After that, it is just a matter of time!
If you have further questions, please open a new post using English only, as this Community supports English language for everybody to communicate and understand each other better!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
