I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! Which device are you using to play the game?
Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? Are you still experiencing the glitch with the level or did you win that level already?
You can send a complaint to the King Player Support team to report the issue, so that, they can take a look at the level! But, it will not be possible for them to manually restore the lives for us!!
