I just purchased a package of 20 gold bars and several other perks for certain amount of times. I went to play the game and pushed the button that said I wanted to continue when I did not make it on the first try for an additional 10 gold bars. It said I did not have 10 gold bars after I had confirmed my payment for them. . Either this game is constantly broke in one way or another or this is their way of having people leave the game that they do not make a lot of money on. I am going to put a stop payment on my credit card. If it doesn’t appear in the next 10 minutes. It’s been 20 minutes already. I was very close to passing and would have done it if I had what I paid for to use

I tried deleting and reloading the game, having saved my information first. When I reinstalled the game, I was back on the same level that I left but my 103 lives were erased!

King has ruined Candy Crush for greed. You now don’t have a chance to pass a level without extra moves, beyond ridiculous. I’m done

im disgusted by the money grab going on here. I've played the same level over and over again with boosters and unless I buy something, I cannot win this level. Come on now

Hi there! I have been playing your game for 10+ years off and on, I am on level 12300 ( approximately). I have qualified for the 3rd round of “knockouts”, which I will not compete in because of a number of discrepancies/ unscrupulous practices I have noticed.
It took me 600 levels ( granted my scores were high) to be “no. 1” in the first two knockouts. I scroll around on the other competitors and I see that some of them are all around level 1000, with one being at level 629. How did they make a third knockout? Seems very unlikely that they could have ended up in the top three of the previous knockouts at those levels—
Also, in the episode races. I have won many, and sometimes held the champions title for up to forty races, the problem is this, I see people or players whom I defeated in the previous race right back in the next champion’s race— the very next race. Impossible. You lose one and then you have to compete three times at a lower level to compete in the champions race again.
I believe these are either egregious errors or intentional riggings.
There are a number of other smaller things I have also noticed, but those were the two biggest at the moment.
In closing, being stuck in “Volcanic Panic” for 15 days is abysmal.

How can someone ģet nearly 600 levels done in 4 days (today is friday) it is ridiculous that I am playing against players on less than 200 levels. Last 4 weeks players against me are on starter levels and I have no chance of completing against them. Mostly from India.

Disgusting the way the game has changed I am on high score 16000. Playing against people on 100 .today in weekly race first place has nearly 900 levels ahead of me. How can that be? Today is Sunday so this player is winning 150 per day and if on low levels would have to wait for new lives etc.
