Game just keeps freezing more and more

hi, this is ridiculous!
I know it is winter and it is freezing outside, but that should not be the reason on freezing more and more!!! Is that the new way of extorting resources from players? You could at least - after a hung level “reset” used resources. Shame on you!

my game freezing every other day, ridiculous!

Mine is freezing and now my progress won't load. I have tried everything I was on Level 1700 about and will only load to level 52. I've tried everything, I have stayed at 2nd ranking as well for a long time. Has anyone encountered this and is there a fix?
