Hello ! Last year my Facebook page was hacked and stolen, and now I no longer have access to it. I can still play Candy on my phone, I'm at level 4793, but I can't connect anymore, because it asks me to connect with Facebook and I no longer have access. I made another Facebook page and when I downloaded Candy it started from level 1. How do I not lose progress. I mention that I have the same e-mail address and that it can be verified.

Have you tried Player Support? They might be able to help you. There is a "contact us" at the bottom of this page and through settings in your app. Facebook accounts are quite complicated and a lot of players have posted in the support forum here (try the ? in the green circle at the top of this page). Post your question there and one of the game experts might find it and answer you there.
