Looking at the video:
Watch out for any chance to create a wrapped candy. Then try to create a striped/wrapped candy combo. Hit it when the sour skull is above it. It will at the same time hit the liquorice in the middle and bring down the keys.
Repeat this until the level is finished.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
