is it somehow possible to make a new facebook or king account and get the progress back i made on apple account?

Yes! You can transfer your game progress from your Apple ID to a new King account or Facebook account, but this isn’t something that can be done automatically in the game. You’ll need to contact King Player Support to help you move your progress to a new account.
To do this, follow these steps:
Open Candy Crush Saga on your mobile device. Go to Settings (gear icon). Tap on the "?" (Help Center) and look for "Progress Lost" or a similar topic. Scroll all the way down and select "Contact Us" to send a request. Mention that you want to transfer your progress from an Apple ID account to a King or Facebook account.
Once they process your request, you’ll be able to log in on your desktop with your new account and continue playing from where you left off!
