After nearly a year of it not working it just suddenly popped up yesterday and is functioning again. I tried everything suggested and nothing worked. I don't know why it's back but I am thrilled!!!

Nothing has changed at all. I haven't seen the cherries in ages. I still get UFO's and party poppers as rewards as well. I am just so excited my box is back LOL.
I am also thrilled for you! (I had to check some of your older threads to see what you meant: the frozen chocolate box, of course!). It just shows that when our games break there is nothing we can do to fix it, it has to be done at King's end. So a great lesson learned. I hope it stays healthy and will fill up to provide you with lots of boosters and maybe some gold bars as well. Happy Crushing!
Interesting, did the events you had change or the rewards of the events change?
Just curious if the issue was with certain groups that got broken/were not updated and King is cleaning up the groups. A group being the event group you are in.
On windows we do not get the 3 ufos and 1 party popper anymore. It is actually in the code that we should but I think all the groups we are put in are messed up so the trigger for the free ufos is never tripped.
Or how some new players (I had them for one game), had cherries after then were supposed to be removed from the game at that point.
