Hallo zusammen,
ich habe gerade Level 5000 gewonnen und keine Gewinne erhalten. Außerdem ist das Episodenrennen weg das ich gewonnen habe und die 45 Goldbarren habe ich auch nicht bekommen.
Im Januar und Februar musste ich mich mit dem Support unterhalten weil ich die 100 Goldbarren vom Wintercup nicht bekommen habe. Die Antwort ich hätte es vielleicht übersehen geht gar nicht. Ich habe es nicht übersehen. Beide Male gibt es keinen Button wo ich die Goldbarren hätte einfordern können.

Hallo auch bei mir ist das Episodenrennen nicht mehr da sei ca 30 Levels Auch ich habe mich beim Support gemeldet Antwort war nicht zufriedenstellend
dann gibt es das halt im Moment nicht

Das Problem haben viele Spieler seit dem letzten Update. Spielst du über Windows?
Ich würde auf jeden Fall dazu raten keine neue Episode anzufangen bis King das repariert haben. Das Spiel ist sonst zu teuer. Wir brauchen das Gold vom Episodenrennen um die unmöglich schweren legendären Levels zu schaffen.

definitely the game without the episode race is like running a marathon and the organizers tell you "yes, run it but even if you win you won't get anything" you've lost motivation. No matter how many events they put on without ingots it's pretty impossible. As I said, a shame.0 -
Ja, es ist besser erstmal nicht zu spielen und hoffentlich kommt das Rennen schnell wieder. Ich spiele über Windows. Und gerade jetzt läuft der Wettbewerb wo man 100 Goldbarren gewinnen kann. Echt doof.
Ich hatte ja Level 5000 erreicht und der Support wollte mir dafür 4 Lollipophämmer geben. Ich sagte dann, daß wir beide wissen das es dafür viel mehr gegeben hätte. Darauf habe ich ein paar Booster mehr bekommen. Meine 45 Goldbarren die ich im Episodenrennen gewonnen hätte habe ich auch bekommen.

Support is still saying Episode Race is a 'bonus feature':

As you know, events like these are bonus features in the game and therefore not designed to be there permanently. To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
News to me. I've been playing over 4 years, and it is ALWAYS there after game 50
