Hi, I downloaded candy crush on my iPhone I was playing for over a year with no account. I redeemed some points for a Candy Crush gift card. Recently for no reason at all, I decided to use 'Sign in with Apple . I used the FAQ it says, I can still redeem my card by creating an King account and to log out and and register my game. I've done this and it just keeps giving me a new account starting from the beginning with a new profile(s). I still can't redeem my card. I tried it with 3 emails and it still doesn't work. A friend tried helping me out I had to register it. I did and then found it said I redeemed the card(I think) and go a Newbie with 1 week double bars. But when I log out my game I can't find the card or the newbie prize I won. It keeps going back to the new profile(not the original at level 192)
So, Now I have the original account at level 192 with no redeemed card bars or Its starts with a new account with my user name and email, but starting me at level one with no card redeemed or newbie features. How do I get everything together with my original account at level192 with my newbie features. Where do I find it and continue from this level.
