I have not got any help from friends in 3 to 4 weeks on any of my Candy crush games ( Android phone, computer with windows 10 and the game on Facebook. I do get plenty of requests for help. I was up to 200 helps I guess you call them and not=w I am down to 16. I have not got any, not 1 in weeks. I get requests all the time and I always gie back. I was getting help before with no problem. And its all three of my games doing the same thing. What is going on?

Even i face the same issue. Don't know what to do. I'm unable to receive any life for the past two weeks and it drives me mad.

Je n'arrête pas de demander de l'aide mais ils ne répondent pas où ne font rien pour les bugs

I finally got about 14 but it took 4 days to get those. What gets me mad is I always give out lives as soon as I see them. I think they put a block on us sometimes. I don't even know how I went from 200 to 0 in a little over a week. I did not use them that fast. Sometimes I don't even use the lives after I use up my 5.

Ich habe auf Facebook ein ganz neues Spiel angefangen. Und bekomme überhaupt keine Freunde. Ich habe Freundesanfragen geschickt, aber da sind nur Spieler die entweder nie Leben schicken oder seit vielen Tagen nicht gespielt haben.
