I got a new iPad and my candy crush update on it…. I’m over level 17000 please help
Hello @Lucyeileen When you get a new iPad the best way to set it up is by using the "copy" feature . Hold you old iPad near the new one and then the entire content of the old iPad will get copied, including your progress in Candy Crush and your inventory as well. However, your saved progress and gold balance can be retrieved whichever way you set up your new iPad:
If you downloaded the app new from the app store onto the new iPad you need to log into your game. Within the app go into settings, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen, and then "my account" . You should see this page and here choose the smaller bottom option "already have a King account" and log in using your previously saved details. If you play via Facebook then use that option.
If this does not help contact player support, also through settings in the game (use the ? icon in settings ).

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
