Unable to access gold bars from my account

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your Gold Bars! Thanks @Alienscar for pointing out the possible issue with Huawei devices.
To better understand what’s happening, could you share a few more details?
What device are you using? Are you able to access the in-game store, or is it not loading at all? Are you logged into your King or Facebook account? (Try logging out and back in to refresh your connection.)
Do you get any error message you can share with us?
