Hi @Divapal33442  Is your game connected to WiFi / internet ? If it does try these few steps : 1. Disconnnect your game from Facebook 2. Delete Facebook app 3. Clear all the cache from safari  4. Turn off your device for few minutes and turn back on  5. Reinstall your Facebook and reconnect your game to Facebook . Hopefully it’s help, and let us know if it does.
