Google Play is definitely a supported payment method for in-game purchases, so you should be able to use it if your account is linked. However, Satispay is not currently listed as a supported payment option.
To check which payment methods are available for you: Google Play (Android users): Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile picture > Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods. Apple (iOS users): Go to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping to see accepted payment options.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
