It always says I have no internet connection and can't buy anything

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the internet connection error, that must be frustrating! 😞 Let's try a few things to fix it:
Check your internet connection – Try switching between WiFi and mobile data to see if that helps.Restart your device – A simple restart can sometimes resolve connection issues.Update the game – Make sure you have the latest version installed from the app store.Log out and back in – If you're signed into a King or Facebook account, try logging out and back in to refresh your connection.Clear cache (Android only) – Go to Settings > Apps > [Candy Crush] > Storage > Clear Cache.
If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Player Support: Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon). Tap the "?" (Help Center) and look for Connection Issues. Scroll down and select "Contact Us" to report the issue.
