If you've made three purchases but didn't receive anything, here are a few things to check:

1️⃣ Check if the purchase was processed

Sometimes purchases take a few minutes to appear. Try restarting the game and checking again.

2️⃣ Verify your purchase history

If you're using Google Play: Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history.
If you're using Apple: Open Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.

3️⃣ Contact Player Support for missing items

Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select Purchases & Gold Bars.
Scroll down and tap "Contact Us" to report the issue.
Attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt for faster assistance.
