* If you're using Apple: Open Settings > Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History.

3️⃣ Contact Player Support for missing items

* Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon).
* Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select Purchases & Gold Bars.
* Scroll down and tap "Contact Us" to report the issue.
* Attach a screenshot of your purchase receipt for faster assistance.
