there are 24 dragons and only 22 moves? Why?

Thanks for bringing Level 6972 to our attention! We've shared your feedback with the level design team, and they are looking into the issue.
We can confirm that the current move count makes it impossible to complete the level without extra moves, and a fix will be rolled out soon to ensure it's playable as intended.

Hello @akclemson Welcome to the community! This level has often been complained about and you are correct that it requires 24 moves to free all the dragons, so it is mathematically impossible to pass this level without paying for extra moves.
@QueenB whilst the team is looking into fixing some of the dragon levels, please could they look at this one? The dragons are on a conveyor belt and will only move round after 24 moves, so this level cannot work with less than 24 moves, regardless of "intelligent fishes" or any booster played!
Some levels have had their moves count reduced recently, which may be due to the recent change in fish mechanics, which some believe makes levels easier to pass. This level requires 24 moves to win. If yours has only 22 moves, it's indeed impossible, so please report this to Player Support.
It's best to contact Support via the game app. Open the game and go to the settings menu (cogwheel icon). There tap the '?' icon, then select New Levels/Level Help. Choose any of the topics there and scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' at the bottom. You will receive an automated email at first. Reply to that email and explain your problem, include a screenshot if possible.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
