You should all be receiving the CCS Birthday Badge by the end of the week and if you provided your Player ID#, you should also receive a Party Popper in your CCS game.

Hi Randy, I am sorry you are having these issues. I don’t actually need your player ID to give you a badge and it is already on your profile. However we do need the player ID that is associated with the game in order to give players gold bars and boosters. I would go to the help center and player support to try and have your issue resolved. Game moderators are volunteers, so we don’t actually give you the boosters etc. We pass your user name and ID to the game experts, who are King employees and they send the prizes to your game. I just went into your profile and provided the ID that was there and the Game expert told me it was inactive. if you go into Candy Crush, and click on the pink wheel and that brings you to settings. There you will see “my account “ with your avatar. Once you click on that it brings you to your King account. Tap on the gold ‘king’ and your player ID should appear. Then please come back here and post that number and I will forward it so you can get the party popper booster.
@bearwithme, for awhile now I've been having game and account problems . If I log into the game with my E-mail address, I have one profile ID; if i login with my user name, I have another profile ID . But "both" were signed up with the "exact same" E-mail and password . I've been told that thing's will sync soon . Well soon still hasn't arrived . I gave you my correct account ID and now you state that it is in active . How can that be when I play "Everyday" and my progress goes up ? Now I'm starting to wonder if this is why I'm getting charged double for purchases 🤔???? If this is not the "correct" place for this, please feel free to "bump" this where it goes . You state that you can't give me the badge because my account is inactive, then can you please explain how is it that I'm responding to you now 🤔🤔
