Why does the fish keep letting the yellow bombs out? I've been stuck on this game for days and I've not come close to moving past it. All other games I've watched don't have the fish. Why do I?

You are correct @MartynDay : The new "intelligent" fishes break this level!
I have checked it out and this is how it ought to play. This is the starting board:
Once enough coloured candies have been collected to open the order locks four yellow wrapped candies will appear. These need to be used as double wrap combos to break all the cages surrounding the dragons and allow them to drop.
The new fishes that appear in all levels attack the cages around the dragons. This lets the dragons drop and creates a gap and as soon as one of the yellow wraps then drops through this gap the game becomes unwinnable. This is what happened here:
@QueenB This needs to be looked at. The fishes do break this level.
The only suggestion I can make at the moment @MartynDay is to try not to create or set off any fishes on this level. I was lucky in my attempt above where you can see the 4 yellow wraps in their correct place. It would also be a good idea to contact player support and complain about this level. Try this link:
