Need help retreaving my old candy Crush account

I’ve been trying to recover my old candy Crush account that I created on July 27 2013 and it’s Connected with my Facebook account and I can see its active but the email I had with my old account no longer exsist nor do I remembre the password to my old account I’ve followed every instructions they have given me doné everything they have asked me to do and when they say congradulations youve retreaved your old account and I log into candy Crush it’s never my old account can someone please help me
