How i can finish 17869 without boosters

I disagree with @QueenB on this one. Levels at this range can NOT all be passed without boosters. Check the YouTube videos and if no one has been able to publish a solution without boosters then it is very unlikely that it is possible. What @QueenB must have meant is that this level can be passed without boosters if you wait for the game to offer you a hundred or more extra moves for 10 gold bars. Then indeed you won't need to use boosters, use 10 gold bars for added moves instead.
I challenge anyone to post a way to pass this level in 20 moves with no boosters! Of course it's impossible!

Level 17 869 can definitely be a tricky one, but it’s possible to beat it without boosters! Here are some tips to help:
Study the board before making your first move – Look for the best starting matches to create special candies.Focus on the objective – Whether it's clearing blockers or collecting orders, always prioritize moves that bring you closer to the goal.Make special candy combos – Striped + Wrapped or Color Bomb + Striped and also the 2x2 Jelly Fish can clear large areas and help you progress faster.Use cascades to your advantage – Try to make moves lower on the board to trigger chain reactions and extra matches.Be patient and retry – Some levels require a bit of luck with candy drops, so keep trying different approaches.
