If your game was connected to Facebook or King account and you got a new phone, you can recover your progress by following these steps:
Log into the same Facebook or King account you previously used.
Check if your progress syncs after logging in. Your levels should be restored automatically.
If your Facebook account was deleted or no longer accessible, you’ll need to contact Player Support to recover your progress:
Open the game and tap on the Settings menu (gear icon ⚙️). Tap on the question mark (?) to open the Help Center. Choose the topic related to your issue. Scroll down and tap "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page. Fill out the form with details about your issue and submit it.
