Subject: Game Freezes When Claiming Weekly Contest Reward

Hello Candy Crush Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my game where it freezes when I try to claim my reward from the Weekly Contest. Whenever I open the contest and press the "Claim" button, the game gets stuck, and nothing happens. I am unable to proceed beyond this screen.

Here are the details of my issue:

Game Name: Candy Crush Saga

Issue: Game freezes on the Weekly Contest reward screen

Device: [Redme note 10]

Game ID: 8769759080

Troubleshooting Steps Tried:

Cleared game cache

Reinstalled the game

Restarted my device

Despite trying these steps, the issue persists. I have attached a screenshot of the problem for reference. Please assist me in resolving this problem as soon as possible.
