I cannot give you your rewards @Reslie_MJ, and no one here can. We are all players here, just like you. I wrote this because I was in a similar situation once or twice, and replaying one level did the trick. If it didn't work for you, then the only option you have is to contact Player Support using this link:
Well.. its a good suggestion to try the previous level.. whether I pass it or not.. its not my problem.. I passed it.. no rewards given.. not my problem.. just give me my rewards..

Your screenshot shows that you crossed the finish line, but the episode race didn't finish properly. You didn't receive the pop-up telling you that you won the race, did you? If that's the case, you need to click the checkered flag icon to open the race window. Once there, click on your avatar and take note of the level it shows you on. You need to replay that level, and after that you should be able to claim your gold on the Events tab. Since you have already started the next episode, it's possible that you'll have to replay the first few levels of the new episode as well.
Normally, you don't have to win these levels, just to replay them. However, since you have made significant progress in the new episode, I'm not sure how it will go, to be honest, and it's possible that you'll have to actually win the 'missing' level of the episode race to get the gold. Good luck!
