  Please note that Kiara is incorrect in the advice given. The level badges have been discontinued for all players now. They no longer exist in Candy Crush Saga.

  Thanks for bringing this up! That is correct, level milestone badges have been discontinued in Candy Crush Saga, so they are no longer available for players.
