Whenever an Ad causes the issues, we will have to report the Ad directly from the game (to the King Player Support team)!

If you need assistance to send the complaint, please follow below steps to report the Ads that are freezing or causing any sort of issues. You can report the Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
