Hi! Three times in the past two weeks, I have completed a level using my color blaster. Randomly, it'll give me the "sorry you lost your color blaster" page and make me do the level again, even after having beaten it. I also lose any gold bars I may have spent to win that level. I have contacted King several times but they keep just directing me here, not helping with my question or trying to look into the issue. Obviously this is frustrating because I'm losing valuable resources and getting stuck in levels that are difficult to beat. I've added some screenshots but they aren't very telling. It looks like it's functioning normally but it isn't, and obviously I don't know it's going to happen before it does in order to screen record.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
