Ads cause game to crash!!

Ads have crashed my game several times now! I have steadily and patiently played this game, putting in a lot of time and effort. And to have it all crash down by watching one of your Ads is unacceptable!!!!! It has cost me Gold Bricks!!! It has kicked me out of Tournaments when I invested gold bricks and a lot of time and was winning and near the end on more than one occasion! KING, you have to fix that!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear that. Even when it is a technicial issue, the game cannot restore your progress for you. All you need to do is report the ads to the Player Support.

There are multiple ads that do this. It seems to me that it happens at the end of an Ad, when you press the "Reward Granted" button or "X" button, it will try to redirect you to the advertiser's website. That's when it seems to happen I think? It's never at the beginning or middle of an Ad, but always after it's played out. Some ads require you "X" out 4 or 5 times. Why do you allow that? Why does a King user have to tell an advertiser several times to release me? "KLONDIKE" is one of the worst. You have to punch out several times! One "X" is all it should take, and no advertiser should be allowed to redirect you without a "Redirect" button, or "Install" button located on the opposite side of the screen to any "X" button. King can fix this if they want to. You act as if Advertisers tell King what to do?? Not likely. You can fix it.
