I do have it in my two test games which are both below level 3000. I had thought I might use one of these to participate, given I have 6000 gold each of them already but not seeing the star candies in either my Poppy nor my Cornflower game, together with the changes that have come about with the new jelly fish mechanics I have lost all enthusiasm. I will either participate with Cornflower or not at all. If I don't get the event or hear from QueenB I will ask for my community account to be deleted. I don't do things in halves.
There are no signs of the tournament in my main game, but my second game has the purple collection and star candies. I don't care if the tournament shows up for me, but I hope it does for Christine. Please, King. Please.

No option for me to vote as I won't have a chance to participate. I'm from Malaysia (Asia region). Nothing to be prepared and I can only rooting for others.

I'm also not seeing it in the US yet. I've double-checked and I am on the most recent version. Hopefully it will show up by Saturday, like @DragonExpress suggests.
Same problem on my side Cristine, UK player. I'm sure by Saturday we should have the event. Keep calm and crush on 😀
On the other hand I don't see any sign of All Star candies, the Hub or any sign of the event in my game at all
Not seeing the Hub is normal and generally nothing to worry about @christinewupp but the rest is worrying.
The map has been changed as well as the Home screen.
Thank you @Colleen Companion Welsh I will need luck by the looks of it because I don't see any star sharped candies or the warm-up collection in my game.
