Subject: Urgent Complaint About Game Crash During Exclusive Events

To the Candy Crush Support Team,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a technical issue I am facing during exclusive events in the game. Whenever I try to complete tasks sequentially, I encounter a recurring problem where the game suddenly crashes and closes automatically after the first attempt, preventing me from progressing or benefiting from the event.

This glitch occurs repeatedly, which diminishes my enthusiasm and deprives me of the opportunity to complete challenges and earn rewards. Since these events are time-limited, the persistence of this issue hinders my progress and negatively impacts my gaming experience.

    Anytime I go to do anything outside the game . It restarts and I loose my win streak and it's very upsetting . Can we fix this?

    Hello @abdoMl What you have shown in your screenshot is more than just the game crashing. It is a specific fault in this particular level: Win streak plus starting boosters block every possible move on the starting board leading to "no possible moves" . This is not the same as the game crashing and each one of the levels you encountered this in needs to be reported to Player Support, so that King know the level is faulty and needs attention. There is a simple fix to avoid this from happening and for the benefit of other players who are yet to play this level it is important that you report this level to Player Support so that King will fix the level for others.
