I Won Candy Royale Elite challenge but was not credited 94 Gold bars

I just passed 21 levels at once and won the candy Royale Elite challenge and I ought to be credited 94 Gold bars but I wasn’t credited. I clicked on it then I got a connection issue respond and I should restart the app which I did. However, having done that I was not credited the 94 Gold bars. This is really unfair. What can I do?

I completed 25 consecutive levels without losing in the Candy Royal event, and I was supposed to win 120 gold bars, but I didn't receive them because of an in-game ad. This is truly an unfair act by the developers.

I couldn't take a screenshot because the app tells me connection issue and I should restart the app.
