Hi Christine.

I contacted support through the game, but I only received a generalized automatic response, they didn't even analyze the specific situation of my account... Today the CCS application was updated but I still don't have visible Allstars... Anyway, I'm already aware that it was a year of accumulating boosters and gold for nothing. How embarrassing.

I am in the same situation as @GiggzZz - contacted support, received an automatic generalized response - had an apparent update of the app, but still no visible All Stars.

@GiggzZz I am so sorry for you. I am a bit sad about not being included, but I didn't spend the whole year preparing for it like you did. I really hope you are included in the actual tournament.

Exactly, since May 2024 I have been preparing for nothing ☹ I also feel sorry for you @Nobody1 , I hope we both can participate.

These situations end up being a shame, it is inconceivable that nobody analyze this type of situations, in a game that generates millions in revenue per year.

Hello @Citrine11 That is a great question.

According to all my testing your purple count is the same if you press the "skip" button at the end. In order to win your leaderboard make sure you always press "skip" as soon as that option appears and don't wait for the animations to finish.
