Candy Crush Problem

This is a complaint from my Dad, he is not in the King community group but I am, so I am saying this for him.

The candy crush saga he is playing he wants to uninstall it because the levels are too tough, he is in level 941, and he wants to get to 1000 at least. But the Legendary, Super hard levels etc are too much. Agh, Even though I mostly pass the levels when I help him play, but when he is playing after 5 times trying, he will still buy gold bars with his own money, which he hates. The money he uses for buying fuel that is the money he is using for games. And also the UFO is scarce, ads are also disappearing and in this game, ads are needed, for extra moves, the super colour bombs and etc, are not effective anymore. Pls hear me out, we need critical changes in this game, it shouldn't be to easy nor to hard, just moderate, pls help holim, and stop him from deleting this wonderful, relaxing game

Hello @Ibukunmi I agree with the comment by @Jumpery : Please help your father to stop playing the game that he cannot afford to pay for. King trick players into spending money. If your father spends money for extra moves then his game will continue to need him to spend more and more. If your father cannot afford the money easily and does not have the willpower to uninstall the game you should help him. It is an addictive game and King will not change any of it. Players need to take control and know when to stop playing. I think to overcome the addictive nature the best course of action is to uninstall the app.

Hey i read it often here in community that once you pay real money to buy gold bars or boosters you will not get ads much or none at all. Once you pay real money there is no going back. How about asking your dad to start over(make a new account). I also read 1-3000 levels are rewritten to make it easy to make this game addictive.

So the game works exactly how King wants it to.
Your dad spends money and King wants to make money.
If he can't spare any, and isn't strong enough to play without buying stuff, I'd uninstall the game for him or disconnect his payment info from his account.
Candy Crush is addictive for quite a few people and if it's harming them and/or their finances, it's on friends and family to stage an intervention.
Surely that's not what King wants to read but it's the truth.

Hi @Ibukunmi to be honest there's not a lot anyone in the Community can do considering we are all players like yourself and your dad. There are many things we have complained about and asked to be changed but King will do what King wants to do. They would be happy to hear your dad is paying, I certainly wouldn't. Maybe it would be a good idea for your dad to just stop playing for a while, not to uninstall his game but just have a little rest. Then have another go and see how he gets on.
