Boosters not transferring to your new phone is not an issue but, that is how the King Saga games work! Only the game progress and the Gold bars are saved to King servers - which makes it possible to transfer these across all devices we use! Whereas, the boosters & lives are saved to device local memory, which is not possible to transfer.
If you still have your old phone, please continue to playing the game on that and consume your boosters until you accumulate some boosters on your new phone as well!
