why have I suddenly stopped receiving new lives from friends. I am still sending them. This started about a week ago

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving lives in your game!
Can you please tell me which device you are using? Also, if using a mobile device, which version of the App do you have right now?
Are you able to request your friends for lives? Are you receiving any error message when you are doing so? Can you post a screenshot of that error message?
