Tries to play an earlier level every time!

I am on level 15083 (image 1)
Every time I start the game or it goes to play the next level it takes me back to 13006 (image 2)
It's driving me crazy scrolling for minutes up to level 15083 every time. Why is it doing this?
I moved to Samsung s24fe from an s20fe and all dara transferred fine, but I've tried relogin, using Google games hub, syncing etc. It knows it's the same account as shows I completed level 15082 and will let me play 15083 when I scroll up to it.
Any ideas?

Have you tried replaying 13006? It may be that the game didn't register that you beat that level. It doesn't matter if you win or lose the level. Looking at your screenshot, if you replay 13006, it may make you play 13007 since it doesn't have any stars. Then, hopefully, it will take you to the correct level if you close and reopen the game.

Thanks for the advice. Just tried it and passed level 13006 and clicked for next level and it got me to play 13006 again. It just wants to repeat that level non stop. Very weird!

If that didn't work, then you will probably need to contact support. Click on the pink cog at the top right in your game, click the ?, click technical issues and choose the topic that fits best, click Contact Us at the bottom of the page, fill in the form and provide details of the problem. King will send an automated reply. If their suggestions don't fix the problem then you need to reply to this email and hopefully you will get help from a real person from King. Good luck.
