Haha. I contact King a few times a day. They just don't care. They don't have a customer service that replies.
Only standard replies.
No one here has gotten a clear answer so far. But feel free to contact King and ask why you're not included in the competition. I just wouldn't get my hopes up.

I don't know. Only King know and I'm pretty sure they're not going to tell you why exactly. And you're not alone. There are more players here who weren't included.
Why was my account excluded?
If you don't see the competition now, you're not in the second qualifier group. It seems your account was excluded.
