Okay; at least that rules out that as the reason you were excluded - you weren't excluded for too many gold bars.

Do you have vpn? Maybe try US vpn and see whether it appears

According to T&C VPN's are excluded.
So I won't use it.

Oh god. I see you've been repeatedly posting you don't have all Star in Netherlands(even during first qualifier round). I'm sorry but I dont know even after less inventory why you are excluded. I don't want to be negative but I think you won't be participating in all stars this time. No use of repeated post saying you don't have the game. We all are players here. Did you see the post by queenb stating reasons for not having this event.

I have a question. I qualified in the first round, but I got the first round again. Is that right? I had already qualified, wouldn't it be the second round? This is very confusing!

Stage 1 is the qualifier. Stage 2 is the first knockout round.
Then Stage 3 is the second knockout round, Stage 4 is Final Round 1, Stage 5 is Final Round 2, and Stage 6 is Final Round 3.
Their names for the rounds are quite confusing.
