This is what it looked like in my game. The day and year were not accepted either. The first field is much wider than the last, so I tried to put a year there, and it worked.

unfortunately this doesn’t work. It asks for day, month year. It will accept September as the month but not the day and year
I was puzzled by this a couple of days ago in my second game. It expects year/month/day, in that order.
When you input your date of birth you can use any date. The app will accept any date since the game/King do not know your correct date of birth!
If you get an error message note that Americans use a different system to Europe. They put the month first, followed by the day. So if you try to give your date of birth in the European order (1. day 2. month 3. year) it may not accept it if you put a number 13 or higher in the first column, as there are only 12 months. The first column should be the month, the second the day, so if you are born on 13th July 1999 try to input: 7/13/1999

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
