This issue happens because some payment methods (like Pix), although accepted by Google, aren’t supported in our games. These methods often redirect you outside the game to complete the payment, and unfortunately, that can prevent the purchase from going through properly.
To avoid this, we recommend switching to a different payment method in your Google Play settings, such as a standard debit/credit card or a mobile wallet that completes the transaction directly in-game.
