I wanted to log in on my computer but it kept on saying that there was a wrong emailand password combination or something like that. Please I'd like to know what i can do to stop this error from appearing.

I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.
