Is there anyone else on your board with that green creature avatar, aside from Nina? If not, is your group having fewer players than it should now? Or did someone new appear?

This probably should be a glitch. I also saw a similar incident in my game in the last week.
It appears that a player's current level on the Player Card only updates twice a day, whereas other stats, like levels won in the past 7 days, update more frequently, hence the discrepancy. The name 'Player' indicates a game that hasn't been saved or named yet, which isn't surprising if someone has just started playing.
