I moved from a Samsung Galaxy S6 to a Samsung Galaxy S10. How do I transfer boosters?

I understand what you are saying and, yes! it will be very convenient if we it will be possible to transfer the boosters from one device to another. Unfortunately, it is not possible as they are free earned through Daily Boosters, Contests, etc., That's why the King team always advice their players not to stock up many boosters on our Mobile devices.

If they are purchased boosters, it is possible to contact the King Support team and request them to transfer.

Even-though this is not the answer you are looking for, not much to add to what you are already aware of!

I've never used an iPhone but I have read it's easy to transfer and you keep your boosters. Why make it hard for Android?

My screen is broke on my old phone, and it doesn't have helium on it. It has Smart Switch on it, and I copied all the files directly as well as the backup on Smart Switch. Not sure how to load Helium to it if the screen is broken.

King has the backup transfer blocked on Helium: I tried it yesterday. I also moved from an S6 to the S10. I purchased packages which included boosters.

You can try the app helium.

This is horrible policy, and expect to lose myself as a user and many others as they move phones

hi @mkevinbass simply download app on new device, then open and login. your progress will sync automatic but boosters can't sync, except gold bars.
