Why do I have to lose a life and all the extra color bombs and striped candy I had to Assist And I was not even able to make one move.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with level #8760.
We experience this glitch in some levels, as there is not much place on the board for "special" candies - which results us in losing the level🙃 Looking at your screenshot, you didn't have enough chances to make a move with the frosting and other items on the board!!
I will be report this level to our Community In-charge, so that, they can pass it onto the game team to fix it for future players!
