LVL 6690

help! Like many players I’m experiencing the glitch on level 6690. I’ve tried using striped candy and a lollipop smash, but I can’t seem to clear it because of the ribbon that goes off the grid. Could crush folks please help me? I am playing on my iPad And I have the latest version.

Despite the glitch, I was able to pass this level, and I believe it's a glitch with the graphics. The curl is being mistakenly depicted as off the board when it's actually located elsewhere. The problem is that the real curl is not visible.

The glitched curl was removed after exploding the red wrapped candy in the screenshot below.

As soon as the wrapped candy exploded, the glitched curl disappeared, so I reckon the real location is somewhere around that spot.

Try exploding wraps that drop from the dispenser at the same location as I did to see if it takes away that curl.

Levels
I got a new phone and signed in with Facebook. Started me back at level 1. No matter what I tried it wouldn't put me back to my proper level which was near 4000. Then trying to sort it from old phone I have now brought old phone back to level 1. Help please

Hi, a day ago I lost my double bomb during a continiously winning strike. And it never came back. Won several lanes afterwards, but it doesn't activate again? You know, win four lanes and we're rolling again? Thx.
