I give up, this game is total shute now, impossible level after another, it's boring as flick. You can stick the 12,000 gold bars I have accumulated up your art cos I'd rather bin them than use them to buy 255 extra moves for level after level that only provides 20 or 30 moves to start with.. last King game I will ever play. Your customer service is none existent too, never ever even recieved a response from you.. a joke, desperate company just out for dollar

I'm not quite sure why you aren't playing Candy Crush the way it's intended (which is paying our way out of impossible levels with gold, that is the sole intended purpose of those gold bars you've accumulated) but I do agree with all your comments about the quality of the game. There's no point playing this rubbish game any more.

@christinewupp Interesting the term rubbish. What makes you say that? Is it all the glitches? Lack of moves maybe? I'm still playing the way I have been playing for years and I don't think it's so bad. I didn't get the All Stars and that upset me a bit but it's ok now I let it go. Being on the same level as everyone is ok because I have the episode race now. Still missing some events but it's ok. I guess I don't look at the game as some people do. I like it but some people here actually really dislike the game. I find it odd and I am curious about it being rubbish. @Boybinary @Nobody1 @Carol-38 @Colleen Companion Welsh do you enjoy the game? Just wondering.

I still enjoy some parts of it @cookiemae some of the levels are fun but some are so frustrating with blockers that can't be unblocked in the moves given or keep re-blocking, so it's just booster after booster, there's no working out what the next move will be, just what boosters and how many are needed to pass. I wasn't bothered that I didn't get All Stars, wouldn't have played it if they had given it to me. I don't find Leaderboards fun at all, just like playing my own game in my own time as and when I want to play. The pop ups get me, they seem to be giving us more and more, I could certainly do without them. I still think there are many things King could do to make the game better but they don't really listen to any feedback, we'll they listen but they don't do anything about it. At the end of the day I just get satisfaction that I'm still managing to pass all the new levels each week. When/if I run out of gold and boosters I wouldn't have a problem, I'd just stop playing π

It's still quite fun for me to go through the new levels each week. Yes, most of the new levels are relatively boring, very similar to others in the past, but usually every new batch has at least a few interesting levels. And I actually have been enjoying trying to get better at the Star Tournament levels. Many of them do feel like they require a lot of luck to get through them without boosters, but some are passable, and it has been fun to see how good I can get at them.
It's still fun, but admittedly not as fun as it once was.

I think it's a rubbish game because all the levels are now pretty much the same @cookiemae . They are all so similar. The strategy to pass them is much the same. There used to be levels that you had to plan ahead and think, such as the frog levels. There used be variety. Some levels you had allow chocolate to grow or be careful to not destroy a magic mixer too soon. All such levels have disappeared and all 18,800 levels are just about creating combos of special candies and bashing through the blockers. That is tediously boring and that's why I think it is a rubbish game now.

In May I created a new account and I have managed to get to the end of the map. The Star Tournament is a joke which I seldom play. This game has gotten plain BORING without any strategic thinking required just Boosters / Gold Bars to pass rubbish repeat levels that never have enough moves.
My only challenge in this game now is to complete the Gold Chocolate Box, gather Gold Bars, and wait for the three new weekly levels.
King Customer Care became non-existent for me since All Stars 2024. They rely on automated response systems suggesting the go to Community and then they are looking for feedback.

Sick of levels that give 10 moves to clear like a hundred points. It's just RNG at that point blatantly just to get you to buy boosters. I'm almost happy when I get these game over points because it means I can stop playing until the system realized I'm not going to buy anything and suddenly the level finishes itself with crazy luck.

@Colleen Companion Welsh Yes I play the star tournament every week untill new levels. I also use it for the chocolate box. If the box ask for new levels I just switch untill hopefully I can use a booster.I also used it a couple of years ago for the all stars.
