Hi Raj. Thanks for your prompt response. Gold bars haven't been added to my game for several days. About 30 days. They're subtracted when I use them. But they don't add up when I earn them. I changed my cell phone. Could that have something to do with it? Thank you.

Usually, it takes up to 72 hours to hear back from an actual agent! When did you send your complaint to the Player Support team? Did you receive an automated email after sending your complaint? If so, did you send a reply with more details about the issue - such as screenshots when (1) the event(s) reward give you Gold bars, and (2) after they don’t add to your game, etc.,
I already email soport. But I didn't recive any solution
